Earhart and Aeronautical Regulations
The aeronautical industry is the second most regulated industry in the world, standing only behind Nuclear. To be part of the Aeronautical Ecosystem, it’s necessary to comply with an extensive set of requirements, rules, and processes.
Earhart has been working with these regulators to clarify the use of blockchain in aeronautical records. To be clear, Earhart doesn’t create or destroy information. Earhart records and connects information altogether using blockchain.
Paying attention to the European regulator EASA requirement AMC M.A.350(e), Earhart complies with every point of the requirement. Thus becoming the most efficient way to protect, connect, and transfer records.

As stated above in point (a)(2), Earhart aims to be the first worldwide data format for keeping, connecting, and transferring airworthiness data.
Regarding the US Regulator, the FAA states in document AC 120–78A that is allowed digital cryptography for digital signatures.
Also in the same document, the FAA states that fully digital record keeping can be used instead of physical format records with the following requirements:

We can say with confidence that Earhart is fully compliant with an extensive set of regulations, from several major regulators.
To be clear, right now, all regulations are set for us.
This is a breakthrough since our current and future partners can now look at Earhart’s future with confidence.
In retrospect — this project was in rattling our brains for some years. But it was only in Q4 of 2020 that we matured the idea and joined forces to start building this fantastic project that we call Earhart Solution!
Apart from all the problems the world faced this year, we managed to find it a great year. Hope you did too.
We firmly believe that we’ll be capable to achieve great heights. Don’t be afraid to join us. It might be the flight of a lifetime.
Stick around, the future of aviation has arrived!
