Exciting New Horizons: Our Project’s Acquisition and the Future of Earhart in the Aerospace Sector

We are excited to share some significant news regarding the future direction of our project. Our community-driven initiative has always been at the forefront of our actions, and today, we are taking a monumental step forward. We are thrilled to announce that our project has been acquired by a leading company with a strong foothold in the aerospace market. This company, a renowned specialist in human resources, is a reference in the European aerospace sector. Their expertise and market presence promise to bring unparalleled value to our project. The name will be announced in September/October after all legal issues be completed (in an official communicate by the company).

Here are some key points about this acquisition:

— The acquiring company will be steering the decision-making process.

— Our team will remain. However, the strategic decisions and most of the strategic information will be managed together with current team and the managing team of the company.

— The token and network you’ve come to rely on will remain unchanged. There will be no new tokens introduced.

— While the company ‘Earhart’ will be dissolved, its name will be retained as it is integral to the acquisition.

— The focus will shift towards the development of products intertwining human resources and blockchain. While this functionality was on our roadmap, it was slated for a later phase. Now, it will be prioritized.

— All other functionalities we’ve developed will be enhanced, but the primary development focus will be from now on on human resources.

— This initiative will be integrated with cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that the company is finalizing.

— Due to legal constraints, the company is not in favor of the commercialization of the EHT token, specifically with centralized exchanges. As a result, we will request P2B to delist the EHT token. However, decentralized exchanges are not covered by this rule, so we will maintain and strengthen the pools we have.

— The EHT token will remain the backbone of our solution, and NULS will continue as our network. We have found no better alternative and have no plans to migrate.

— We believe that this move will be beneficial for the EHT token in the medium to long term by attracting more usage and clients. For community members who might have reservations about this change, we will continue to bolster the pools to exchange EHT for NULS.
